Working at a hospital can, at times, be gross.

At Lowell General Hospital in Maryland, a guy is accused of removing his colostomy bag and throwing it at staff and police.

Police say Antonio Santiago did not hit anyone with the poop filled bag, but it did spread the poo all over the emergency room.

Santiago is charged with eight counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one for each person in the room at the time of the incident.

He was ordered to be held without bail. Why the harsh charges? Santiago has whipped his colostomy bag at the same ER before.
