A music-loving scientist has found a way to make your sweet tooth even sweeter by pairing chocolate with a custom-made song.
Using decades of research on how pitch, tempo, and key trick the brain, composer and sound expert Dr. Natalie Hyacinth of the University of Bristol created the track “Sweetest Melody” specifically to heighten creaminess and richness while chocolate melts in your mouth.
The 90-second tune blends piano, strings, and harp for maximum indulgence, and early tests show it’s like giving your senses a jam session.
