A woman in Indonesia had to be rescued by an entire squad of firefighters recently. As is usually the case when the fire department is called, the woman was stuck, but she was stuck uniquely. According to an official with the Bandung City Fire Department, she had gotten her nose piercing stuck in an office chair.
“She had a new piercing and was playing around, just playing for fun, before she messed up” the official said. She was sticking her face against the chair’s mesh back when it attached itself. The kicker? Not even the fire department could get her free on-site; they had to load her into a van and take her to the local fire station, chair and all. She was finally set free uninjured by using pliers.
