As Hurricane Milton wreaked havoc on Florida, you might have come across a video from the Florida Highway Patrol showing a dog that had been left to fend for itself by its owner.
Over 12 million people saw that video, and now they’ll all be happy to learn that justice has been served.
The former dog owner has reportedly been ID’ed by authorities as 23-year-old Giovanny Aldama Garcia, and he was charged earlier this week with a felony count of aggravated animal cruelty.
