China Set To Open The World’s Scariest Super-Swing On June 30

So you're a thrill-seeker, then you must make plans to head on over to Chongqing, China, home for what's being called the world's scariest swing which can catapult you over the edge of a nearly 2,300-foot-tall cliff at speeds of up to 80 miles per hour.

The newly-unveiled Yunyang Longgang Cliff Swing is said to offer a more thrilling experience than the famous Nevis Swing in Queenstown, New Zealand, or the Glenwood Canyon Cliff Swing in the United States.

It consists of a 328-foot-tall tower from which the swing's metal cables are attached, and a 350-foot-tall launch tower which allows the swing to achieve mind-numbing speeds.

The new super-swing is currently undergoing additional safety inspections and is expected to open June 30.
