Major League Baseball is expected to send a new economics proposal to the MLB Player's Union today.
The plan will contain details on how MLB would like to begin a shortened 2020 season and how that may affect player's salaries or revenue sharing.
The two sides have already been working on an agreement for the health and safety of players, coaches, and staff in a return to play initiative but have not yet finalized any terms.
Both parties seem to have agreed on a target date of mid-June to return to training with opening day to start in early July.
