A white woman who called police on a black man after he asked her to put her dog on a leash is on administrative leave from her job after video of the confrontation went viral.
Cell phone video shot by the man's sister in New York's Central Park shows the woman frantically calling police, claiming her life was being threatened by an African American.
The man was bird watching and had asked her to follow park rules and keep her dog on a leash.
The investment firm Franklin Templeton said it's investigating the incident and that the company doesn't condone racism of any kind.
The woman later posted an apology online and has returned the dog to the rescue shelter where she got it.
