Metallica is reportedly considering making a "quarantine" album.
Drummer Lars Ulrich said the band members are in four different states right now, but connect via Zoom once a week, and have been discussing the possibility of making a quarantine album.
Ulrich said the people who make the software they use to record are trying to figure out how to make a Metallica record from four different locations.
The drummer said there's no guarantee, but, "if you and I and the rest of the world" are still sitting here six months from now, "I'd say there's a very good chance."
