Governor Mike DeWine backtracked on his Monday order about the use of protective masks by customers yesterday, saying instead that they're a strong recommendation.
Retail workers will still be required to wear masks. Meantime, the governor has created two advisory panels that will help set the dates for barber shops, salons and dine-in restaurants to reopen.
Ohio's coronavirus cases are up to nearly 16-thousand-800, with 799 deaths.
