MLB commissioner Rob Manfred is standing by the Astros' punishment for electronically stealing signs.
Manfred told ESPN that he chose not to punish the players because they have to deal with the backlash publicly.
Players were granted immunity, but the team was fined five-million-dollars, and lost four draft picks.
General manger Jeff Luhnow and manager A.J. Hinch both lost their jobs as well.
