Last year, four-year-old Jasper Mazzocco was diagnosed with a rare type of brain cancer and some of his preschool classmates are working hard to help him out.
A group of students from Redding Cooperative Preschool in Redding, California had a hot cocoa fundraiser to generate money for Jasper’s family.
The kids got a lot of help from parents, local stores, and their community and the hot cocoa stand was a huge success. At the end of the day, they had raised more than $10,000!
Jasper’s preschool teacher, Jessica Stephens, says, “This experience has been the most beautiful thing I’ve ever been a part of.”
