Canton Sailor Serving In Middle East

It's a thankless job, but luckily, the Navy Office of Community Outreach is giving us a chance to thank the heroes that come from out own community. Canton sailor, Demarious Hardy is deployed with the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group in the Middle East Region. Due to operational considerations and safety, the Department of Defense is not able to discuss the specific location or timetable of the mission, but did acknowledge that heightened tensions with Iran have the Navy preparing to defend the United States and it's intrests.
