Lots of people are up in arms about the off-camera relationship that appears to be happening between "GMA3" anchors Amy Robach and TJ Holmes.
Now sources are saying that it may not be as scandalous as people think - because she's been in the final stages of finalizing her divorce from her husband, actor Andrew Shue.
“They were waiting on [the settlement] to tell people," a source said. Last week, it was revealed that the two “GMA 3” co-anchors have been involved in an off-air relationship. And it seems now that both Robach and Holmes have been separated from their spouses for quite some time.
But this may not be the first ride on the "work romance" train...at least for Holmes. Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that before Robach, Holmes was involved in an affair with an unnamed producer from “Good Morning America.” While sources say there will be no disciplinary action for Robach and Holmes regarding their relationship (they are considered equals on the show), there is a chance Holmes’ previous affair was in violation of network policy.
