Halsey recently revealed that she shaved her head, and now with all that new skin exposed, she’s decided to get some new ink.
The singer recently took to her Instagram Story to show off the new head tat of two stars, one large and one small.
She also got another tattoo on her forearm, of a small chick with the phrase, "I wonder if they'll remember me."
