WW2 Bomb Explodes Underwater In Poland

Nobody is hurt after the largest World War Two bomb ever found in Poland exploded under water.

Navy divers were attempting to defuse the Tallboy bomb Tuesday but were outside the danger zone when it went off.

Reuters reports hundreds of people were also evacuated from the area before the explosion.

It weighed nearly 12-thousand pounds and was discovered in a canal near Poland's border with Germany.

The bomb was used by Britain's Royal Air Force during an attack in 1945 on a German cruiser.
