Akron native LeBron James is celebrating his fourth NBA title following the L.A. Lakers 106-93 win over the Miami Heat.
James finished with a triple-double, scoring a game-high 28-points with 14 rebounds and ten assists to lead the Lakers to their first NBA Championship since 2010.
James was also named Championship Series MVP for the fourth time in his career.
Born in and raised in Akron, James was selected number one overall by the Cavaliers in 2003 and has now played in ten NBA Championships, winning twice with the Heat, and once each with the Cavs and Lakers.
