The Cleveland Indians finished a four-game sweep of the Chicago White Sox with a 5-4 win at Progressive Field.
For the fourth straight game, Cleveland came from behind for the win highlighted by Jose Ramirez's go-ahead RBI double in the seventh inning.
Tribe reliever Cam Hill got four outs for the win, and closer Brad Hand tossed a perfect ninth to earn his 15th save.
The Indians will now welcome in the Pittsburgh Pirates for a weekend series beginning tonight at 7:10 p.m.
