Community Steps In, Saves Ice Cream Shop With Special Needs Workers

Thanks to donations from the community, a very special ice cream shop in Dallas will remain open.

Howdy Homemade Ice Cream employs people with special needs and the pandemic forced them to close for two months.

But fans wanted to save the business and raised more than $120-thousand in 10 days.
