There’s good news to share about singer Blanco Brown. As we told you, earlier this month Blanco was in a head-on collision in Atlanta, where he sustained “significant injuries,” forcing him to undergo 12 hours of surgery, and putting him in the ICU. Well, it seems he’s on the road to recovery.
According to a statement by BBR Music Group, Blanco underwent “an additional 12-hour plus surgery” and has since been moved out of ICU and he’s “continuing his recovery in the hospital.” Doctors add that he shouldn't need anymore surgery and they "expect him to make a full recovery."
“Blanco, his family and his friends wish to express that they have been humbled and deeply touched by the outpouring of love from all over the world," reads the statement. "They would like to thank everyone for their support and ask for continued prayers for Blanco during this time."
