The Columbus Blue Jackets are out of the playoffs following a 5-4 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Columbus got on the board in the first thanks to Nick Foligno and took the lead in the second period on goals from Kevin Stenlund and Alexander Wennberg.
In the third, Oliver Bjorkstrand scored, but Tampa Bay stormed back and tied the game with less than two-minutes left and then got the game-winner five-minutes into overtime.
The Blue Jackets front office will now focus on the offseason and the upcoming NHL Draft in early October.
