In an open letter sent out yesterday, Warren said the vote made by the Big Ten Council of Presidents and Chancellors was thorough and deliberative based on sound guidance from medical experts.
Ohio State Athletic Director Gene Smith responded to the letter saying the Buckeyes are now actively planning for the winter and spring seasons for all sports, including football.
