Indians Survive Rain Delay To Down White Sox In Extra Innings

The Cleveland Indians waited out a 10th inning rain delay to complete a come-from-behind 5-4 win over the White Sox in Chicago.

Down by a run in the eighth, Franmil Reyes doubled in Carlos Santana to tie the game and send it into extra innings.

In the tenth, Cleveland scored twice but the White Sox rallied with a run in the bottom of the inning before a rain delay set in to stop the momentum.

Veteran lefty Oscar Perez came in after the delay to get the final two outs to seal the win for the Indians who will now have an off day before facing the Cubs at home on Tuesday.
