Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl is not happy about President Trump's push to reopen schools this fall.
In an audio clip for his True Stories Instagram series, Grohl argued reopening schools in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic would cause problems for teachers that others may not think about, and he noted that most schools are already struggling from a lack of resources without having to maintain COVID-19 safety measures.
He also praised teachers and talked about how hard his mother worked between raising two kids alone and teaching for 35 years.
He concluded his essay by saying the nation should protect and support teachers because they "want to teach, not die."
