Former Washington NFL Franchise Staffers Accused Of Alleged Misconduct

Fifteen women who previously worked for the Washington NFL Franchise are alleging sexual harassment and verbal abuse from members within owner Dan Snyder's inner circle.

According to The Washington Post, former director of pro personnel Alex Santos, former assistant director of pro personnel Richard Mann the second, and longtime play-by-play announcer Larry Michael are among the accused.

The three individuals have departed the organization over the last week. There are currently no allegations against Snyder or former general manager Bruce Allen.

The team told the Washington Post they take the allegations seriously.

The NFL has yet to make a comment.

Head coach Ron Rivera told ESPN the culture must change regarding the franchise.
