A pub in England is making sure bar patrons keep their distance by installing an electric fence.
Jonny McFadden runs the Star Inn in rural St. Just, Cornwall and wanted to put a barrier in front of the bar to prevent customers from overcrowding.
The electric fencing is hung from two pillars a few feet in front of the bar with a sign that reads "electric, danger."
McFadden says the fence is not turned on, but it serves as a fearful reminder to keep social distancing.
Bars in England have been allowed to reopen since July 4th, and at least three pubs have had to shut down again because of outbreaks.
