Among the details in the NBA’s health and safety protocol for re-starting are details on “guests” being permitted in the player’s “bubble.”
Once the “first round of playoffs” is complete…in late August, teams are allowed to reserve “between 15 and 17” hotel rooms for “player guests.”
Those guests must be quarantined for a week, and then re-tested for coronavirus “every one-to-three days.”
One person who’s not seeing this as realistic is ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, who says there’s no way sexually-frustrated players are going to be able to wait three-weeks to a month to get their “recreational activities” taken care of.
