Gov. DeWine Asking For Chokehold Ban

Governor Mike DeWine wants the state legislature to ban the use of chokeholds by police, except in certain situations. He was joined by state Attorney General Dave Yost yesterday to discuss police reform in Ohio. DeWine says he believes most police officers are dedicated public servants, but he admits there are some who don't belong in law enforcement.
