Crowd Cheers When Dog Is Rescued From Earthquake Rubble

Rescuers in central Mexico continue to comb through the rubble this morning, a day after a deadly magnitude 7.1 quake shook the region.  Dozens have been pulled from the debris alive.  More than 200 people are dead in the second major quake to hit the country in two weeks.  In Mexico City, the quake collapsed more than 40 buildings, including a school where around two dozen bodies were found.  The country has deployed 34-hundred soldiers and the federal government has declared a state of emergency.
