If you're ever in Saudi Arabia, keep your dancing to behind closed doors. A 15-year-old was arrested after a clip of him dancing to the song, "Macarena," went viral.
The video shows the unnamed minor dancing in front of five lanes of cars stopped at a traffic light. According to authorities, that counts as "improper public behavior" and disrupting traffic. Ultimately, the boy was released without charges, but the teenager and his guardian were questioned.
"They signed a written pledge that the teen will not engage in behavior that could endanger his life and the life of others again," a statement from the police explains. "The notification was solely intended to warn the boy about potential consequences for his own safety, as well as to safeguard the overall safety of motorists and pedestrians."
