Obama tweeted a quote from Nelson Mandela following the white supremacist violence in Charlottesville, Virginia. A woman was killed and 19 others hurt during the chaos.
The tweet has been liked nearly two-and-a-half million times so far. It's become the third most liked tweet in the site's history.
The quote reads, "No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion."
