The Celtics ran away with a 102-88 win over the Cavaliers in Boston. Former Celtics star Isaiah Thomas made his Cleveland debut on Tuesday, but did not play last night on the second night of a back-to-back. Kyrie Irving put up 11 points, nine rebounds and six assists in his second game against the Cavs since being traded to the Celtics.
The two Eastern Conference powers have split the first two of their three meetings this season. Boston is atop the East at 31-and-10, four-and-a-half games ahead of third-place Cleveland, which shot 34.8-percent in defeat. Kevin Love was 1-for-11 and Jae Crowder 2-of-12. The Cavs visit the Magic on Saturday.
