Kent State Hires New Football Coach

Kent State University has a new leader for its football program.

Syracuse co-offensive coordinator Sean Lewis was hired yesterday as the Golden Flashes' new head coach.

Lewis spent two years as an assistant at Syracuse after spending time at Bowling Green.

He succeeds Paul Haynes, who was fired after winning just 14 games in five seasons.
