Leigh Clark is one of those people who truly finds joy in helping other people. When she was going through a tough time in her life, she learned that giving to others was the best pick-me-up for her.
Clark started one year by paying off part of someone’s layaway account, all she had to spare was $38, but that act of giving made her feel so good, she was hooked. She started Kindleigh, a nonprofit that aims to make the world better with acts of kindness.
“There’s nothing too small when you’re giving of your heart,” Clark says. “So just find a way to give back. I guarantee you’ll be hooked.”
