Power Goes Out At Garth Brooks Concert

It was a show to remember for tens of thousands of Garth Brooks fans at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey last night.

A power outage left the concert hall darkened for a time, when lights went out shortly before 8 p.m. as the warm-up act was on stage. Concertgoers took to social media to post photos of the darkened arena, complete with videos of the 20-thousand or so audience members making the best of the situation by singing Garth Brooks songs in the dark.

Power was restored a short time afterward and the show went on as usual.
