What. A. Game. The Houston Astros outlasted the Dodgers 7-6 in 11 innings to win Game Two of the World Series in Los Angeles last night. George Springer's two-run homer in the 11th was the difference as the Astros evened the best-of-seven series at a game apiece.
But getting there was a killer for fans of both teams – as each side even the score or gained against their opponent. But if the excitement didn’t get you – the fact that some real history was made last night surely did. The five combined extra-inning home runs were the most ever in a postseason game.
The series now shifts to Houston for Game Three tomorrow.
