Texans' Deshaun Watson Helping Hurricane Victims Refurnish Homes

The only thing more enjoyable for the people of Houston than watching what Texans rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson does on the field is watching what he does off of it.

You recall when Watson donated his first NFL paycheck to the cafeteria workers at NRG Stadium who were impacted financially when Hurricane Harvey hit?

Well, he was just getting started with the random acts of kindness because the young quarterback is now reportedly partnering with Ashley HomeStore to help refurnish the homes of 176 hurricane victims.

And when you combine these efforts with the millions of dollars teammate J.J. Watt helped raise for Hurricane Harvey victims—and regardless of the next three months of football—the Texans have had an incredible season.

And how great would it be to watch Watson from one of those new homes playing football in February?

Hey—it would be far from the most surprising thing this amazing young man has done so far this season.
