As we previously told you, Coldplay was joined by R.E.M’s Mike Mills for tribute to Tom Petty last week during their concert in Portland. Well, they did it again over the weekend at their show at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, but they brought out a different guest for some help on the tune.
The band was joined on stage by their good friend James Corden, with the entire group once again performing a cover of Tom’s “Free Fallin’.” Corden also joined the band for their song “Us Against The World.”Check out both performances to the right.
ONE MORE THING! At the same Rose Bowl show Coldplay announced that all the proceeds from the concert, as well as proceeds from the band’s show in San Diego last night would be going to help the victims of the earthquake in Mexico City.
