Injuries Reported In London Train Explosion

There was an explosion reported on a London Underground train at Parsons Green station.

A white bucket inside a plastic shopping bag was on fire in photos, but no extensive damage was done to the train car. A hazardous response team is on scene as well as police and paramedics.

Witnesses say there was a bit of panic exiting the station and several people were injured. The assistant director of operations at London Ambulance Service confirmed that multiple resources were dispatched to the scene but didn’t get into specifics. She did say they would release more information later.

Counter terrorism sources say their working assumption is that the Parsons Green incident is "terrorism". Prime Minister Theresa May is being updated regularly.
