The Indians piled up a 13th straight win behind two home runs from Jose Ramirez in their 9-4 victory at the White Sox.
Austin Jackson and Ramirez went back-to-back in the opening inning and then the Cleveland second baseman tied the game at four the next frame with another solo shot.
Chicago had taken a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the first on a Matt Davidson three-run blast.
Indians starter Danny Salazar didn't make it out of the first inning in his return from the disabled list. Reliever Dan Otero picked up the win.
David Holmberg was tagged with the loss.
