Finally, someone looked more ridiculous on the field than the Philadelphia Phillies.
I mean sure, the Phillies are currently the owners of the worst record in baseball.
But at least they are only falling in the standings.
Unlike one of their opponents last night—Atlanta Braves rookie shortstop Johan Camargo.
See, Camargo collapsed on the field yesterday when he hyperextended his right knee simply jogging onto the field before last night's game against Philadelphia.
Yup. Seems Camargo was taking the field when his right knee appeared to lock as he reached down to grab a handful of dirt or touch the chalk on the first-base line. He fell to the ground on the infield grass.
Jace Peterson replaced Camargo in the lineup at shortstop. Camargo is hitting .292 with three homers and 19 RBIs.
