WATCH: Coldplay Invite Wheelchair Crowd Surfer On Stage In Dublin

Coldplay treated one very special fan to quite an experience. In case you missed it, during the band’s concert in Dublin over the weekend, frontman Chris Martin invited a wheelchair-bound fan named Rob on stage to join them, but how he got their attention is quite amazing.

Fan shot video shows Rob being hoisted above the crowd in his chair, and then crowd surfing all the way to the stage. "A lad accidentally fell on me and was extremely apologetic," Rob told the BBC. "He and his friends insisted on lifting me and getting me a better view. Chris Martin invited me up onstage so that I was on stage with Coldplay."

Martin gave Rob a big hug as he got to the stage and then gave Rob the chance to play the harmonica on an improvised song. "Here we are in Dublin, what an awesome crowd,” Martin sang. “I've been around the whole wide world, never seen anybody so loud."
