Newly released data from the CDC says Ohio is a hotspot for the flu.

The CDC's weekly report says Ohioans are currently reporting more flu-like symptoms to their doctors than any other state in the country.

The Ohio Department of Health says the number of influenza-like illnesses in Ohio is currently trending higher than the five-year average for this time of year.
