A 162-year-old painting has the Internet incredibly confused.
“The Expected One,” painted by Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller in 1860 shows a woman walking through a scenic landscape holding what some assume is a smartphone.
Of course, that wouldn’t be possible and art critics explain she’s actually reading a prayer book.
