A California man is suing video streaming site Twitch for injuring his penis.
In the 25-million-dollar lawsuit, Erik Estavillo says as a sex addict Twitch subjected him to "scantily clad gamers," forcing him to masturbate every day.
Estavillo says that resulted in chaffing to his penis and him having to use Neosporin on the tip to prevent necrosis.
He follows almost eight-hundred female streamers on the site and no males.
In the lawsuit, Estavillo also says he caused a short-circuit fire by pleasuring himself onto his PC monitor.
The documents show besides the millions in damages, he wants a few of the streamers listed banned from the site.
The company says that Estavillo's claims are ridiculous and his lawsuit has no merit.
This is one of several lawsuits that he has filed in the past, which include unsuccessful attempts at suing Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment.
