A powerful moment during a peaceful protest in Nashville is going viral.
Members of the Tennessee National Guard laid down their shields at the request of a community activist last evening.
Those in attendance roared their approval as guardsmen put their shields on the ground in front of the State Capitol.
It happened after protesters gathered for a Vigil for Black Lives at Legislative Plaza.
