Billie Joe Armstrong is out with another installment of his "No Fun Mondays" quarantine cover series.
Armstrong dropped a cover of the song "That Thing You Do!" yesterday.
The Green Day frontman said he recorded the song to honor award-winning singer-songwriter Adam Schlesinger, who recently passed away due to complications from COVID-19.
Schlesinger was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe award for writing the track, which was the theme song for the 1995 movie of the same name.
