Several food trucks worked together to cook hundreds of meals for women and children at a shelter for domestic abuse survivors.
Generous donations from the public helped provide 500 meals and helped food trucks keep their engines running.
“This gave us a little bit of hope,” said Paul Somerhausen, founder of Sacramento Mobile Food.
