Chris Young is honoring the Pickup Man himself with a special in-home performance. He sang Joe Diffie's number-one hit during "ACM Presents: Our Country" last night on CBS.
Diffie died on March 29th after contracting the novel coronavirus. He was 61.
The two-hour event included at-home acoustic performances from several artists, including Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Carrie Underwood and Shania Twain.
It helped raise money for the ACM Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund.
