An intense mid-air altercation recently led to a SunExpress flight from Manchester to Turkey being diverted to Belgrade after a disruptive passenger caused chaos on board.
The incident unfolded when the unnamed man began shouting and swearing at another passenger shortly after takeoff.
Video footage shows the tense moment when the situation escalated, prompting the pilot to decide to divert the aircraft over 700 miles away to Serbia.
Upon arrival, local police stormed the plane and pulled off the unruly guy.
The flight then continued onto Dalaman. SunExpress issued a statement acknowledging the event and assuring people that “The safety and security of our passengers and crew is of the highest priority to SunExpress.”
