Funeral services will be held today in Canton for Frank Tyson.
Tyson died last month while in police custody. A recording from his arrest shows Tyson face down inside an AMVETS post where he told officers that he couldn't breathe before becoming unresponsive.
He was taken from the scene to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Activist and MSNBC commentator Reverend Al Sharpton is scheduled to deliver a eulogy at today's service.
